My Story - And How I Know This Works
In 2013, I stepped fully onto this path - becoming a Reiki Master Teacher and completing my Advanced Diploma at The British Academy of Crystal Healing.But my real awakening began long before that - through heartbreak, burnout, spiritual initiations, and rising again and again.Crystals weren’t just pretty objects.
They were sacred allies - helping me peel away layers of conditioning, process deep emotional pain, and reconnect with my true Self.After 11 transformative years living in Ibiza, I relocated to the ancient lands of Scotland - starting over in many ways, yet more aligned and embodied than ever before.That move taught me this truth:
It’s never too late to become the woman you were always meant to be.
Why This Work Matters to Me
There was a time when I felt lost in the aftermath of narcissistic abuse and was navigating the fear of a breast tumour diagnosis. Rather than surrender to fear, I chose a path of deep, soul-led healing - rooted in nervous system regulation, energy work, and radical self-trust.Part of my path included healing a breast tumour naturally, with no medical intervention - a decision grounded in deep intuition and trust in the body’s wisdom.That chapter of my life reshaped me from the inside out. It showed me what’s possible when we choose ourselves. And now, I hold space for other women ready to reclaim their power and rise.
